		<description>I think there are many reasons why there is a growing rate of obesity today: some of them mentioned above. Making parents aware that their child may be obese is a good idea, but how to do this responsibly? Should it be the responsability of the Education Depart and the role of school staff? This raises many questions.  With all the media publicity about obesity many people/parents would suspect that they/their children have a weight problem, taking the next step may be the difficult part. I agree also that it is difficult these days to get children motivated, to be more active and to eat well when there is so much temptation and pressure to eat unhealthily and lead a sedentary lifetstyle. Parents need practical help challenging these difficulties.</description>
